Our company has been devoted since 1970 to the production of horse meat either as frozen meat or chilled sections. Our products are of the best quality because the animals are fed with natural pastures. The product obtained is of prime quality, sections are properly cleaned and lean, both chilled and frozen products.


Water reserves are stored in ponds and treated in our own water treatment plant, in order to guarantee proper sanitary conditions. Our industrial plant is 1 hour away from the Montevideo Harbor where the product is shipped in 20- or 40-feet refrigerated containers, and 25 minutes away from Carrasco International Airport, Montevideo, from where palets are sent by air.

Our company has the authorization of the European Common Market (EEC), Japan, Russia and other countries. Most members of our specialized staff has been working with us since the very beginning: that is why we can guarantee the best quality for our products.
